During the winter months, UUCH Sunday services may move entirely to zoom and other UU activities may be cancelled because of inclement weather and dangerous driving conditions.   Please check that UUCH events have not been cancelled before you drive to an activity. 

For Sunday services: the board will decide as quickly as possible if worship will only be on Zoom. All other in person activities would be cancelled.

Any worship change to Zoom only will be posted by 8 a.m. Sunday morning (and when possible, the evening before).

Any changes will be shared first through

email* and then posted to this website.  www.uuhagerstownmd.org

Please check your email or the website before driving to UUCH.

*Any announcement about changing to zoom only would be emailed to the list used for the Friday emails (which have the new zoom link.)

If you are not receiving the Friday emails about Sunday’s service, UUCH may not have your current address. Update your contact information with the UUCH office (301-797-5533 office@uuhagerstownmd.org) so you can be  notified about urgent news.

For non-Sunday church activities 

the group’s leader will decide and contact regular attendees directly.  Please be sure that the leaders of any activities you attend regularly (women’s group, drum circle, FIA events…..etc.) have the email address and phone number you use most.
